To Use: Roll onto pulse points (wrists, temples, behind the ears, or the bottoms of the feet) as needed. Breathe deeply to enjoy the aromatherapy. We recommend applying to 1–2 areas, waiting 10–20 minutes, then applying to additional areas if needed. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Favorite spots for Eucalyptus: bottoms of the feet, temples, the chest, or even the tip of the nose (if you can tolerate that strong of a scent).
